Personal Approach

Every therapeutic modality Lydia uses is grounded in a trauma-informed lens. She believes exploring your past is essential to understanding present-day challenges. As an EMDR-trained therapist, Lydia offers a safe, compassionate space for clients to process trauma and find relief from distress. The first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and collaboratively developing a treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals.

Treatment Philosophy

Lydia is passionate about working with individuals struggling with their relationships with food, body, and exercise—often areas deeply influenced by unresolved trauma. As a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider, she offers inclusive and affirming care for clients of all body types and backgrounds.
