We have 2 offices large enough to accommodate group sessions and can provide up to an additional 12 chairs for you and your group attendees.

We sure can! With our tenant and virtual memberships, our community is provided with practice building resources. Including the baseline physical criteria needed to open a private practice in Kentucky, the clinical must haves, and the items you must do to grow your practice.

Our rental price structure is flexible to meet every practice’s needs. We structured it this way to ensure you’ll make a profit with each client, setting the prices to offer affordability and accessibility for everyone.

We offer hourly, by 6 hour time block or 24 hour rentals.

Unlimited self booked hourly rentals

• Sign a lease for 3+ months and every month you will be charged $60 to have access to our tenant amenities and can book as many hourly rentals as you would like. You will be charged $8 an hour for these bookings. Each month your invoice will be raised and can be paid by cash or card.

Time block: 8:00am - 2:00pm OR 2:30pm - 8:30pm

• These members are charged per block rental (roughly $30-$40 a block) and charged an additional hourly fee for any self booked hourly bookings. All tenant members can make hourly bookings for overflow appointments, groups, consultations etc. Discounts provided for more then one block/day rented.

  • EX) Sign a lease for office #3 every Thursday from 2:30-8:30 for 6 months. This means that this office is always reserved for you and you do not have to think about making office bookings for your client appointments. You can use that office to see clients in every Thursday for 6 months from 2:30-8:30 and will be charged roughly $35 a week for that time. Invoices are paid on a monthly basis. Inquire today for actual pricing - varies by office.

24-hour rentals

• These members are charged per day (roughly $45-$70 a day) and charged an additional hourly fee for any self booked hourly bookings. All tenant members can make hourly bookings for overflow appointments, groups, consultations etc. Discounts provided for more then one block/day rented.

  • EX) Sign a lease for office #5 every Wednesday for 3 months. This means that this office is always reserved for you and you do not have to think about making office bookings for your client appointments. You can use that office to see clients in every Wednesday for 3 months whenever you would like and will be charged roughly $55 a week for that time. Invoices are paid on a monthly basis. Inquire today for actual pricing - varies by office.

With any of these options, you will have access to your office during the time you’ve reserved, as well as 24/7 access to all communal areas of the office suite and amenities of the space.

We have 8 offices available for rent and all are equipped with the standard office furnishings, similar decor and provide access to all tenant plan amenities.

Block and Daily Rentals: Due to our flexible commitment lengths, varying office sizes and personalized rental structure - everyones rental fees look different dependent on their individual needs. Reach out for a tour or consult to learn more about our unique pricing structure.

Our minimum commitment is 3-months for our unlimited hourly plan and 6 hour block rentals. We offer tiered pricing for our 24 hour rentals with a commitment of 3, 6 and 12 months.

Since you are not local to Louisville, the best option for you would be this membership level. Though you would not have full access to all our local amenities and socials - it is still a great deal and you would get all the benefits of an address for your business and practice building resources. Yes! We have a lot of members who utilize the virtual membership to keep their overhead lower while starting out and growing their case load. It provides them with the support and stability to start their practice online without fully committing to a more expensive lease. When your in person caseload grows - you can simply transition your membership to our tenant plan to meet your needs for in person office space.

With this membership level - you do not have access to use the physical office space. You would need to transition your plan to the tenant membership plan to be able to use our office suite and furnished offices to see clients.
