At b.mindful Louisville, we are proud to offer comfortable, professionally appointed rental spaces created with your needs in mind. These spaces are intended to support you, allowing you to focus on the work you’re doing with your clients, while minimizing your administrative aggravation.

You’ll get full access to all amenities, whether you’re an hourly or full-time tenant. Unlike a typical rental, we also provide you with access to professional development materials focused on practice-building, as well as community marketing events. You’ll find our space to be a comfortable, cost-effective and accessible place to thrive while supporting your clients on their healing journey.


Tenant Membership: Furnished Office Rentals

No matter how many clients you have, we have a plan to fit your needs! Whether you need an office a few hours a week or for 40 hours a week- the built in flexibility of our model allows us to meet each and every practices unique needs.

Track 1: Unlimited Self Booked Hourly Rentals

  • Monthly membership fee gives members access to all amenities and perks listed below.

    Currently it is $8, $9 or $10 an hour to rent and office by the hour.

  • EX) Sign a lease for 3 months and you will be charged $60 a month. If you self schedule hourly office time that month you will be charged $8 an hour. So if you used the office for 5 hours that month your monthly payment would be $100 ($60 reoccurring membership charge and then $40 for the 5 hours used of office time).

    You can book 5 hours in the office one month, and 15 hours the next month and 30 hours the following month (based on office availability). This plan gives you the most flexibility in scheduling - but does require you to schedule your own bookings and keep track of what office you are in etc. Inquire today for more information to or sign up.

  • You will be charged $8 an hour for these bookings in addition to your monthly membership $60 charge.

  • Tenants love this low lease commitment because it provides their practices with the flexibility they want as well as the security of a clean and furnished office to use for their client appointments.

  • Since bookings are self done and based on current availability - you are not guaranteed to get the same office every time you make a booking.

    Members have to stay on top of making their own bookings in advance to ensure they secure a spot for their appointments.

  • Best suited for those that do not mind being in a different office each booking, have a smaller caseload, want the most flexibility when scheduling clients, are organized and able to keep track of office bookings, like seeing some clients in the AM and others in the evenings, have inconsistent client appointments week to week.

    *No way to guarantee office availability unless you make your bookings well in advance.

Track 2: 6 Hour Block Rentals and/or 24 Hour Daily Rentals

  • 6 hr blocks: 8am-2pm OR 2:30pm-8:30pm

    24 hr rentals give you access to office the entire day

    Monthly rent gives access to all membership amenities and perks listed below.

    Discounts provided if renting more than one block/day a week.

  • EX) Sign a lease for office #3 every Thursday from 2:30-8:30pm for 6 months. This means that this office is always reserved for you and you do not have to think about making office bookings for your client appointments. You can simply just come in and use that office to see clients in every Thursday for 6 months from 2:30-8:30pm. You will then be charged roughly $35 a week for that block regardless if you used it or not. Meaning your monthly payments would look about $140. Inquire today for actual pricing - varies by office.

    EX) Sign a lease for office #5 every Wednesday for 3 months. This means that this office is always reserved for you and you do not have to think about making office bookings for your client appointments. You can simply just come in and see clients every Wednesday for 3 months whenever you would like and will be charged roughly $55 a week. Meaning your monthly cost would be about $220.     EX) Sign a lease for office #5 every Wednesday and office #1 for the Tuesday AM 6 hour block for 3 months. This means that these offices are always reserved for you and you do not have to think about making office bookings for your client appointments on these days. You can simply just come in and see clients every Tuesday AM and Wednesday for 3 months and will be charged roughly $80 a week. Meaning your monthly cost would be about $320.   • Allowed to self book hourly rentals as well for $8 an hour for overflow appointments, groups, consultations etc.

    EX) You have a signed lease for Tuesdays in office #4 and typically see all your clients then. But one of your clients is in crisis and needs an appointment tomorrow. So based on office availability you can log in and self book and hour in office #1 for that crisis appointment.

  • Tenants love this low lease commitment because it provides their practices with the flexibility they want.

    For block rentals those prices are fixed.

    For 24 hour rentals - we use a tired pricing system based on how long you commit for. If you sign a lease for 1 year - your costs will be lower then if you sign on for 3 or 6 months.

  • Since you are signing a lease for a specific day of the week and time slot - you will be in the same office every single week.

    Tenants and their clients really like this consistency.

  • Best suited for those who want to be in the same office each week, prefer to see back to back clients, thrive on having consistent client appointment slots, enjoy the boundaries of a set day in the office, don’t want to spend time making individual office bookings and just want the security of a furnished and clean office available to use on a weekly basis.

Practice Building Resources

Our formal clinical trainings taught us nothing about how to start a business, track expenses, keep up with social media, maintain HIPAA compliance on our own, learn the importance of networking and how to market yourself ethically, etc. We typically do a fantastic job on the clinical front (keeping up with our required CEUs, keeping up to date with recent research findings, clinical consultation, etc.) but we often lack that same mindset and support for the business side of our practices.

We aim to strengthen the mental health and wellness community in Louisville and reduce some of the many barriers of entry for clinicians who own their own business.
