  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP, PMHNP): Nurses who have completed an RN program and a nurse practitioner program

Holistic Practices

A form of healing that considers the whole person (body. mind, spirit and emotions).

Reiki: The spiritual healing art that works by channeling positive energy into your body- focusing on the affected areas of the body that need a boost.

Coach: Coaches, often trained in accredited programs, help clients reach their personal and professional potential. They provide non-clinical guidance in specialized areas such as life, nutrition, or business.

Hypnotherapy: A type of mind–body intervention in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in the treatment of a medical or psychological disorder or concern.

Ayurveda: Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing system, promotes wellness by balancing body, mind, and spirit according to an individual's unique dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha). Using diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies, Ayurveda harmonizes the body’s energies for natural healing and prevention.

Yoga: A holistic practice that blends physical postures, breath control, and mindfulness to improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. It promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit for greater balance and inner peace.
